Return & Exchange Policy – DIMENSIONS

At DIMENSIONS, we aim to deliver quality products. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

• The item is faulty, damaged, or defective
• The item received does not match your order

How to Request an Exchange

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery via email or phone
• Share clear photos of the issue for verification
• Once approved, send the item back using any courier service

Important Conditions

• Items must be unused, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact
• Requests made after the given time frame will not be accepted
• Items damaged due to use or mishandling are not eligible
• During sales, exchanges are only allowed for the same item (subject to availability)

Shipping Charges

• A delivery fee of PKR 250 will be charged for the exchanged item
