Delivery Locations

We deliver across Pakistan to your home, workplace, or preferred address (no P.O. boxes).

Delivery Time

7–9 working days (regular days)
9–11 working days (during sales)

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Delivery may be slightly delayed due to high demand or verification processes.

Shipping Charges

Flat Free on orders
Free shipping may apply on higher-value orders (if offered)

Courier & Tracking

Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email (check spam/junk folder as well).

Missed Delivery

If you’re unavailable:

Courier will contact you for confirmation
Delivery will be attempted up to 2 times
If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to DIMENSIONS
